CONSULTATION

  • We begin with a meeting consultation in your home to discuss the scope and details of your project

  • The focus is on getting to know you and your space, measurement taking, photos

  • Discussing your goals, ideas, and visions for design, as well as your likes and dislikes

  • We’ll review the interior design contract and establish our next steps together

DESIGN Scheme

This stage focuses on the initial concepts, planning, layouts, color scheme development, furnishings selection, and material schemes for your project.  Design elements may include some or all of the following based on your specific needs:

  • Space planning/furniture arrangment

  • Furniture selection

  • Rug, carpet, or flooring options

  • Lighting options

  • Paint and/or wallpaper recommendations

  • Specifications for custom window treatments

  • Fabric selection for custom throw pillows, window treatments, upholstery, etc.

  • Art, including commissions if requested

  • Accents and decorative accessories

  • Room styling

    * Initial project proposal for client review and edit or approval

design development

Here we’ll continue to develop the design scheme, including preparing specifications, drawings, and details required for estimates.  At this stage, the final project proposal will be approved once everything is just right

contract stage

Final sales orders, purchase orders, and specifications, coordinating with any licensed professionals. Visiting the job site to ensure that any work by others is proceeding according to the drawings or plan; purchasing goods and services.

installation

Delivery and installation of items ordered for the project. This may happen in stages over time as items are ready for installation, or clients may choose to have one installation day scheduled for the entire project when everything is complete.

Fees

Flat rate of $250 for initial consultation on full interior design services.

Retainer of $250 (non-refundable) to initiate design services upon signing contract and the retainer is applied as $250 credit as billable hours accrue.

Billable design servies are charged at a rate of $100 per hour.

We offer a range of interior design services from one time consultations on small projects to end to end design of multiple rooms.

A la carte interior design services are available for specific small scale projects.
